Pilates / Yoga Fusion - Coming Soon!

Class Description:

This is a Core Vinyasa class incorporating Pilates inspired exercises. Pilates is a complimentary and effective way to strengthen and stabilize the joints. Class will begin with some seated stretches, Sun Salutations to warm up, followed by abdominal and core strengthening exercises. Class will end in a relaxing savasana with Crystal Sound Healing. All levels welcome.

This 60-minute session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to cultivate strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an established practice, modifications and variations will be offered to suit your needs.

Sound Healing 4:30pm- 5pm

What: Crystal Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a crystal sound bath, featuring the resonant tones of quartz singing bowls. This sonic experience enhances relaxation and balances energy.

I’ve been teaching Yoga since 2007. Classes I have taught include: Power Vinyasa, Intro to Ashtanga, Level One Yoga, Level Two Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yogilates, & Pilates. I teach virtual group yoga and offer private lessons. I can tailor classes to your specific needs.
